Panasonic NN-SU696S vs AmazonBasics Microwave - Microwave Ovens

Name Panasonic NN-SU696S AmazonBasics Microwave

Panasonic’s Countertop Microwave is loaded with attractive features; has a solid, sleek, and stylish exterior; and delivers a powerful performance. It automatically adjusts power levels and cooking or defrosting time, saving you from tiresome guesswork. The sensor measures the steam produced and signals the microprocessor to calculate the remaining cooking time. It has 1.3-cubic-foot capacity with a wide turntable that can easily accommodate larger containers. It also has a 30-second timer that lets you set your own cooking and reheating time.

The best feature of the AmazonBasics Microwave is that it can be integrated with Amazon Echo and can be operated via voice commands. You can make it work with a simple command like “Alexa, microwave popcorn for two minutes”. The interface is straightforward and easy to work with. Connecting the microwave to the Echo is a simple one-step process.  It is a compact device that performs basic heating processes at an impressive 700 Watts. Because there is no inbuilt speaker in the microwave, you have to place the Echo beside it, which can be a tad inconvenient. However, it is a great deal for under $60!
